Pleated glass fiber filter
Pleated glass fiber filters are depth filter cartridges made of fine glass fiber, with the function of absorbing. The                                  GF filters protect effectively final filters of removing bacteria, and prolong final filters’ life.

Application
  • Pharmaceutical industry: Pre-filtration of cell culture media, serum and blood products; decarbonization filtration of raw materials and preparations
  • Chemical industry: clarification and filtration of viscous liquids such as glue
  • Gas filtration: remove particles & oil from compressed gas, prefiltration before fermentation

Operating Conditions


Max. running temperature: ≤80 ℃


Max. Allowable Differential Pressure: ≤5Bar(20℃), ≤2Bar(80℃)

Hot water sanitization: 85℃ 40 mins, up to 100 cycles


Chlorine sanitization: 50 ppm up to 1000 hours at 25℃
